Dough Momma Bakehouse is more than a bakery - it's our version of the American Dream. What started as a small business in my home kitchen has grown into a small business that I run with my Fiance by my side and our kids cheering us on.

For us, it's about building something real: working for ourselves, raising our family, and pouring hard work into a dream we can share with our community.

My breads are rooted in tradition using time-honored techniques while my pretzels, cinnamon rolls, and sweets add a fresh modern twist.

Every loaf of sourdough bread, every pretzel, and roll is baked with care right here in Freeport, our hometown & our Pretzel City. I'm not sure where to even begin. I don't have a favorite item from Dough Momma because I absolutely LOOOOVVEEE them all. I have never been disappointed by anything she's made and I am a sourdough snob. Will not go anywhere else for fresh baked goods.

I recommend trying EVERYTHING!! We always stock up on sourdough sandwich bread, an inclusion sourdough boule, bagels, and sourdough chocolate chip cookies. You can't go wrong with whatever you choose!
